Quality:

Please note that while we try to source good quality materials for our jewelry, it can tarnish overtime. Please read our Jewelry Care page to learn how to extend the life of our jewelry. Please be advised, every item is made by hand. As such, the nature of handmade items may include imperfections.

 

Shipping:

Please allow up to one week for us to fulfill your order! Once fulfilled, orders will be shipped out every Wednesday and Saturday. You should expect to receive tracking emails when shipped. International shipping takes up to 20 working days. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods once order has been shipped.*

*Due to covid-19, international shipping is taking significant delays.

 

Returns/Exchanges:

We do not offer any exchanges. We only offer returns on items that arrive damaged. Please see our refund policies for info.

 

Cancellations/Refunds:

Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. 

There are no refunds unless product arrives damaged. Please send us a photo of the damaged product(s) within a week of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days. Buyer will be responsible for covering return shipping cost.

Once we have the item(s) in our hands, we will refund the full amount.

 

Repair Services:

We offer a repair service free of charge. However, buyer must pay return shipping. Please contact us for any repair requests!
